Back to School Donation Drive

We’re helping local families get ready for the new school year with our Back to School Donation Drive, running until Friday 28th August.

If you have any good-quality school essentials that are no longer needed, we’d love you to donate them and help give them a new home within the local community.

We’re collecting:

• School uniform, PE kits, Backpacks and school bags, School shoes, Pencil cases, Stationery, Other good-quality back-to-school essentials

Simply bring your donations to the Centre Management Office at Pavilions Shopping Centre between Friday 14th August and Friday 28th August.

At the end of the campaign, all donated items will be passed on to support local families within the community.

Every donation, big or small, can help make the start of the new school year a little easier for a local family.

Pavilions Summer Sports Trail

Take part in our Summer Sports Trail from Wednesday, 22nd July to Monday, 31st August for the chance to win £200 to spend in any Pavilions store.

Find the 10 missing sports items hidden around the shopping centre and complete your entry form as you go.

Pick up an entry form during your visit, then remember to post your completed form in the competition box next to the Amazon Lockers.

Pavilions Celebrates Summer with Free Family Fun 

Pavilions Shopping Centre is inviting families to make the most of the summer holidays with a series of free children’s activities, alongside the launch of a community initiative to help local families prepare for the new school year.

The Pavilions Celebrates Summer’26 campaign will see the centre host three free family-friendly events throughout the school holidays, giving visitors another reason to enjoy a day out while ticking off their back-to-school shopping.

Taking place in the heart of the shopping centre, the activities include:

* Wednesday 29th July – Free Balloon Modelling

* Wednesday 5th August – Free Glitter Tattoos

* Wednesday 19th August – Free Face Painting

Each event is completely free to attend, with activities available while supplies and capacity last. Visitors are encouraged to arrive early to avoid queues. Each event will be taking place between 10 am and 3pm.
