Facilities Coordinator Needed

Facilities Coordinator required to join an exciting and well-known community friendly shopping centre based in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable international company in managing their client’s portfolio.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £29,000.00 /year dependent on experience. You will also receive bonus in accordance with KPI performance.

Experience:

  • Strong admin experience, ideally gained within a property / facilities environment (3 years preferred)
  • Ideal Health & Safety knowledge/ compliance (2 years preferred)
  • IT literate
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personable, professional approach
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail orientated and methodical
  • Lots of initiative
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
