Situated in the very heart of North London, Pavilions Shopping Centre is a centre point for residents and a useful destination for tourists passing through. As such, we always like to be active within the community. We have a community board in the main plaza, and we encourage you all to use it whenever you have something to say!

100% WASTE RECYCLED IN 2016

Pavilions Take Gold

In-keeping with the heroic athletes of Team GB, the Pavilions Shopping Centre can also hold our heads up high for winning Gold of a different kind. As lovers of the planet, and keen protectors of the environment, we really do take recycling seriously, so we embrace being audited every year to help ensure we’re as green as we can possibly be. After being audited against: management, air emissions, water emissions, waste, raw materials, water usage, energy use, transportation, nuisance factors, communication and training, we are delighted to have been awarded the Gold Standard.

As part of our ongoing commitment, we also produce an annual action plan Last year, this ensured:

• We recycled 100% (39 tons) of our cardboard waste and 100% (4 tons) of our plastic waste
• No waste whatsoever went to a landfill

We hope that everybody who shops at Pavilions feels just as proud about this achievement as we do.

Pavilions Handed Park Mark Safer Parking Award

Pavilions Shopping Centre, winner of the Park Mark Award for safe parkingPavilions Shopping Centre is thrilled to announce that our efforts to ensure safety when parking within our car park have been recognised with this annual award. The initiative is run in association with chief police officers and managed by the British parking association. It highlights our quality facility management, effective surveillance, appropriate lighting and cleanliness of the environment to give our shoppers full confidence when visiting the centre, and that means everything to us.

As active members of the community, Pavilions Shopping Centre knows the value in maintaining the strong links we’ve built with the local police force. We’re proud of our close relationships with the local officers and PCSO’s, all of whom regularly patrol in and around the centre to liaise with our internal security team. Ensuring that both the Centre and the High Street are kept safe this is maintaining the spirit of both locals and visitors to Waltham Cross, and we always value shoppers informing us of anything they view as suspicious.
